I assume that what your message means is that you were charged with driving on a revoked license and then running from the police when they tried to pull your car over. These are both very serious charges and could potentially lead to heavy fines and jail time. However, until I get the full story, I cannot give you a full answer. In New Jersey the term is "eluding" and it can be
a serious criminal offense to elude the police; driving while suspended is the least of your problems.
