fighting a summons
Is it recommended to try to fight a moving violations summons based on the error that the issuing officer identified my car as a NJ state vehicle when it was not?

Re: fighting a summons
While it might be worth fighting, it is likely not to work unless handled properly, and it is not possible to explain all of the pitfalls in detail. I do recommend you ask for 'discovery', and get the case adjourned to allow that.
