Getting out of old fines due to inability to work due to disability

this is not a question and really makes very little sense, if you are saying that you are unable to pay your fines due to serious financial issues, you need to contact the Court to explain the situation to the Judge. If you ignore it the Court will issue a warant for your arrest and at some point you will most likely be arrested and eventually brought before the Court to address your unpaid fines, it will not go away, hope that helps (201) -894-9498
