identity theft

my cousin had used my name several times before. this time the court is saying that the car he was driving when he used my name was registered under me. that is impossible. i have one car registered under my name. now im losing my license because of this. what can i do??

You haven't said who has revoked your licence, the Court or DMV. In either event, you should provide documentation that your cousin has illegally used your identify before. You need to get the court to reopen the matter, schedule an appearance date for you, and when you appear, the officer should realize that you are not the individual he stopped.

You need to contact the court to schedule a hearing to have the matter heard. Once you reopen the ticket, the prosecutor will have to present the proof that it was your vehicle, and you will be able to contest the matter.
