i want to kno what i can do i wasnt intoxicated or impaired at time of arrest. they tought i was i was nice and told him i have weed after i told him an honest story of what was goin on

Them thinking you were nice will not help your case much. The nicest police officers in the world still file charges, and you have to fight these now. There may be an opportunity for a motion to suppress but you need to call our offices to discuss.
