Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
Is it legal to wait in a disabled parking spot, while my wife runs into the store to pick up something? I do not have a handicap and I live in NJ.

If you do not have the proper sticker, you can not pull into a handicapped space, not even to wait for someone else to run an errand.
