Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
License check
When you are stopped in NJ for a traffic check and they run your license, what databases (specific names of databases) are they checking your info against. What is different if your license is from another state ?
Thank you

Re: License check
I do not know, and I can not think of a legitimate reason why you should know the specifics of the police search capabilities. What do you wish to accomplish?
Assuming you have a traffic ticket, you will need to consider the penalties, cost in increased insurance premium and other effects, and then decide whether to hire an attorney to defend you.
If I can assist, please let me know.
