Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
Motion to plea of guilt reversed
In a motor vehicle stop Feb of last year in Sea Girt NJ I got a ticket for illegal passing. I was told to pay the ticket and it was no points by the officer. Come to find out it is a 4 pointer. Do I have anything to do in this case? Can I file a motion to reverse my plea?
Thanks
Shannon
