Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

What is the NJ law for resuming normal speed after a construction zone? Is there a set distance before you can legaly resume speed or simply once you pass the last posted sign?

you have to be out of the construction zone. it can be an unclear thing, so you should fight the ticket.

You should be clear of the zone, usually, it is obvious that you are within a construction zone based on seeing construction workers and machinery on the side of the road or highway. It should be marked as a construction zone, but it can definately be confusing. If you recieved a speeding ticket you should definately request a Court date to try and avoid the points.
