That depends on exactly what the charge is, and whether you have been caught driving without a license before. Penalties for driving while revoked are serious, and include jail time for 2nd and 3rd and more offenses.

You are looking at having your ability to get a DL suspended. Trust me, you don't want that as trying to get insurance will cost a ton of money. If you get a good attorney, this shouldn't be a problem. While serious, it is a common offense and a good attorney shouldn't have too much of an issue getting you a good result.
