Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
provisional license
i got pulled over this morning for no reason. i did nothing wrong. the officer took my license registration and insurance(which only the license has my name on it). i asked why he pulled me over and he asked how old i was when i started driving and said it was because i had too many people in my car. isn't that illegal if he had no reason to pull me over?

Re: provisional license
It sounds like his reason for pulling you over is because he figured you were young and had too many people. I suggest you get an attorney to fight the case for you. He or she will find out his reason for pulling you over.
