Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
I was pulled over in jersey turnpike by a state cop because I was an unlicensed driver. I bought my first car in nj(im from Delaware). I forgot my permit. The cop did not tell me i have to appear in court because he didnt check the court apperance required and also he didnt say so. The statute number is 39-3-10.
