Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey
speeding ticket
i had a court date for a speeding ticket on 2/7/08 at 5:00...for going 44 in a 25 zone.....when i got to the court house...they could not find any information on me....they looked at my ticket that the officer gave me and siad that the officer did not submit his paper work and that they would have to give me another court date...could this case have been dismissed?
