Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

suspended licence

i got a ticket for suspended licence , as i did not paid my NJ insurance surcharges.

but i did not receive any bill from NJ dept or licence suspension, how i will handle this issue. b/c now i have to appear in court for licence suspension ticket

If you get convicted of driving while suspended you are looking at high fines, loss of your driver's license, and jail time if you have ever been convicted before. There may be a way to beat this ticket if we can prove you were not given proper notice that you were suspended.
