Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

My wife got a ticket for "No parking here to corner" (Englewood nj). It's a 1 way street, the stop sign was on the right side of the street she parked on the left (no left turn was allowed on the next street immedietly to her left) . There wasn't a "No parking from here to corner sign", and no paint on the curb indicating where the last parking spot shouldn't exceed. Also, the 2 white lines for crosswalk were there, although faded, but my wifes car was not in those lines. She was several inches behind it.
Based on this was the ticket she got legit?

sounds like a bogus ticket. kind of hard to win, even the little ones. I suggest she fights it.
