4 siblings sharing equally in the estate. One sibling still living in house that was supposeto be sold to finalize estate. Estate still paying bills arising from sibling occupancy. Sibling not paying anything estate almost out of cash sbiling refuses to vacate

Who is the executor of the estate?

How long has this been going on? When did the parent die? The executor needs to take action as soon as possible. If the one sibling refuses to leave, an eviction proceeding should be started ASAP so that the house can be sold and the proceeds distributed.
