Filing an Estate and Inheritance Tax Waiver

do you have to go to trenton to file these or do you do it in the county you live in?

The Inheritance tax waivers are issued from Trenton. For real estate, the waiver is filed with the Clerk in the county where the property is located.

For bank accounts, the waivers are sent directly to the bank.
