Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

Husband is exec. of fathers will..We hired a lawyer and from JUNE has changed mind 3 times...Most recently he wrote up an ejectment letter as my husbands sister is living in said property.. that was back in August. Claimed this was the best way to handle. 2 months (again) later my husband decides to see him as no one is answering our calls and he claims this was NOT the way to go, he is proceeding in a different manor but wont be done till Jan. Does this sound right or should we call it a loss and find a new lawyer? Thank you
