My husband and I have moved from South Carolina to New Jersey. IS THE WILL WE HAD MADE IN sOUTH cAROLINA still good in NewJersey?

The South Carolina will should be valid in NJ. However, it's possible the will may not be 'self-proving' for NJ purposes, depending on the language of the SC will statute. More importantly, NJ has both an Estate tax and and Inheritance tax...So it's possible you may want to review your estate plan and make sure your wills are drafted to avoid or minimize these NJ taxes.
