Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

i want to know if my name is on my mothers will with my sister. i can't ask the lawyer. because the lawyer is my sisters lawyer and he won't give out no information. can you help me find out? i can't pay for the answer. can you answer for free?

If your mother is stil alive, ask her. If she has died you can call the Surrogate Court for the County she lived in. The will is a public record if it wa probated.
