Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey
I am the secondary agent in a POA from NJ USA. The primary agent moved to Canada and wants me to become to act as the primary. What should he put in a letter stating this and does it need to be notirized?

Has to write he is resigning and approves you to take over. His signature should be notarized with notary seal included.
