Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey
Trusts
We've been involved in a 9 year litigation with the administrators of an Estate of which I am one of 6 beneficiaries. We have two parts to the entirie estate - the residual (Estate) and the Trust (consisting solely of a C-corp. 44 unit apt. complex). The administrators continue treating the apt. complex strictly as a business - not a trust - is this a problem for us?

Re: Trusts
Your question cannot be answered by an online general response. The situation sounds sufficiently complicated to warrant your consulting with an estates lawyer. If you already have such representation, you should be consulting with your lawyer. Otherwise, you should be looking for one.
Anyone who would be asked to assist you would require substantially more information than you could or should present in a forum such as this.
