Legal Question in Workers Comp in New Jersey

Back pay

was hurt in 2/05.in 6/06 i petitioned to have my case handled in nj. instead of ny.now that is has been sent to nj my payments have stopped i just found out i had a hole bunch of rights i had all along and now i hope its not to late to put them to use. my question is, ny rate is 60% and nj rate is 70% i lost about 59.20 each week. will i be able to collect the difference for all those past payments, and will i get the proper rating amount i should be getting? and can anyone answer this? when dealing from nj to ny,where should my medical reports have been sent? who should get them? should the doctors here in nj know where to send them or are the to be told by the exaiminer where to send them?
