Legal Question in Workers Comp in New Jersey
Head Injury
My family member passed out and had a head injury while on the job. They are still in pain and nobody did nothing. Their manager refuses to admit anything happened even after they where taken away in a ambulance. Its like nobody knows nothing. Manager is acting like there was no injury even after witnesses and being told. My Family member is a minority and not good at English or reading. I am worried for them cause they have medical bills and nobody cares. Right now theres no accident report and boss refuses to do anything. What can I tell my family member to do now?

Re: Head Injury
If you got hurt on the job and the boss won't report it then you need a lawyer to help you get this case on track and to try and get you the benefits you are entitled to. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various workers compensation courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-

I need to know much more about the incident. I can tell you that you must hire an attorney to deal with this situation. It is obvious that you are not going to get any cooperation from the employer. Although I no longer handle Workers Comp cases, I have a roster of capable attorneys that I can recommend. Please feel free to contact me if you need my help.
