Legal Question in Workers Comp in New Jersey

I was hurt at work on April 2008. Pulled / stretched a nerve on my lower back, buttocks area. Left thigh was in a cramped like condition for almost 3 weeks, rock hard, extremely painful. it is a year a half later and I still feel pain in my thigh, needles and pins up and down left thigh, can't sit for too long or drive very long distance because leg begins to ache. can't sleep because of needles and pins feeling, very sensitive to touch. woker's comp doc told me it would go away within the year or so? My concern is the long term condition of my leg. I am a martial arts instructor and sometimes my leg when I am standing feels like jello. I put up with the pain, but I had it, do I have a case? will my conditon worsen as the years go by?

How many times have you seen the doctor? Are you still treating with him/her? I assume you have a lawyer already? If not, give me a call. I can refer you to one. 732/247/3340
