Legal Question in Workers Comp in New Jersey

NJ unemployment question. If I resign from my current company (voluntarily) and without a severance package, I'm I eligible to collect unemployment. If I am, is there a duration between resignation and timeframe for receiving benefits?

If you voluntarily resign you will not be eligible for unemployment benefits.
