Re: ABOUT Pretrial

This question is really too complicated to answer by e-mail, but in general it will consist of questions about your injury and how it currently affects you. If you already have a lawyer, you really need to ask them for more information. If you don't, please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-

Re: ABOUT Pretrial

The best person to explain this is your lawyer. If he or she is not explaining it, then ask them. If they cannot or will not answer, then you probably have the wrong lawyer.

One piece of advice, if you tell the truth then you shoud not be nervous since anything that comes from the case should help you, not hurt you. This is your opportunity to recover and achieve some level of renumeration for your injuries.

Aks you lawyer to outline what will happen and when. This is his job.
