Legal Question in Workers Comp in New Jersey

Reopen my case

My award payments are over. I am still in pain with my back. I keep calling lawyer and leaving messages to find out what is next, and get no reply.

Hurting my back has my life in shambles. I can move or function like i did, put on weight. I feel i should get payments for life or somekind settlement award. What should i do?

You don't have to use the same attorney to re-open your case. As long as you are still within two years of the receipt of your last payment I would be willing to consider re-opening your case for you. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail.
