Legal Question in Technology Law in New Mexico
donations vs. commercial
If I ask for donations on a website, and give the user something in return for donating (say more space on my domain for image hosting) is this considered commercial, even if the site is free with that exception? For instance, you get 10MB free, but for a donation of $10 or more you will get 50MB extra.

Re: donations vs. commercial
I am not licensed in New Mexico, therefore I can only speak in general terms. In most cases unless you have Federal 501(c) status, you are considered a commercial business.

SO would you say McDonalds is non-commercial, because you can go there free, and for a "donation" of $5 you get a Big Mac?
