There are a minimum of 2 laws that you and your future husband would be violating if you were to marry at age 16 and then live as husband and wife. One is a civil law that does not allow a person 16 or under to marry without their parent's consent. The other is a criminal law that says it is an illegal act for a person of age 21; i.e., a person more than 2 years older than a person who is age 16, to have sexual relations with the 16 year old. He could be prosecuted as a 'sexual offender' and the district attorney doing the prosecuting might seek jail time as part of the prosecution. I do not know anyway around these two laws.

Good luck.
