We are trying to adopt our grand daughter with her dad permision but her other grandparents are giving us a hard time about visition.

Bring in a family counselor or a mediator to help you all resolve continuing contact with the other grandparents. You certainly do not want them to 'disappear' from your granddaughter's life. The counselor who did the adoption counseling can probably recommend some names to you for a family counselor or a mediator in your city.
