Legal Question in Family Law in New Mexico

My Ex filed a request for hearing and I was not able to attend due to illness and my Ex got awarded attorney's fees with interest. What can I do to get this reversed?

One way is to file a motion under rule 1-060 - B - 6: asking the court for relief from the judgment. Or just file a motion asking the court for a new hearing. Of course if you lose you could be subject to new attorney's fees for the new hearings.
