If you weren't served with notice of a lawsuit (complaint and summons), you should dispute the judgment against you by filing a motion to open your case. You should consult with an attorney as soon as possible to discuss the matter. In any event, do not delay to file the motion. Otherwise, you may lose your right to challenge the judgment.
