Attorney ethics
Can a lawyer represent his live in fiance in any legal matters? If not what can I do to rectify,who would I contact to inform to rectify matter and what legal recourse would I have?

clearly, you are facing an action initiated by the fiance of a lawyer.
In most actions this is ethical.
Lawyers are like cannons: sometimes you need to get your own.
