Legal Question in Administrative Law in New York

i need help

My aunt was dignosed with a pancreatic cancer stage 4, she was given a few months left, she was going to stay with me and receive therapy, but now shw wants to go back to her foreign country and stay there for what she has left. Now she wants to give me power to take care all her personal and finincial matters. what kind of document she needs to give me so i can sign papers for her and take care of all her business since she is going to be out of the country.

A durable power of attorney would give you the opportunity to manage her affairs during her lifetime.

In addition, she should consider a Will.
