Can a man sue me for deposited 25000 in My bank account with his knowledge ?

You are missing facts. What is his claim against you?
If he is suing you for simply depositing money into your account, of course you have a defense of permission. If the man actually sued you already, take the complaint to a lawyer for review and consultation.
