Re: adversary proceeding

Do you have an attorney representing you in the bankruptcy proceedings? If not, NOW IS A GOOD TIME TO HIRE ONE!

If you do have an attorney, turn the summons over to him/her immediately.

Do not try to go through an adversary proceeding without competent legal representation. That would be a VERY EXPENSIVE mistake.

I can't take you on at this time, but would be happy to recommend other attorneys who might be able to handle your matter for you.

Good luck.
