Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New York
I filed for bankruptcy in march/april of last year and at the time I filed the trustee wouldnt give me a discharge until he saw my tax return for THIS year. So now that it is tax time, my question is this...How much of my refund can the trustee take? Is it prorated for part of last year or can he take the whole refund? Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated
