Breach of contract
My father has a contract with a man he once was in business with. (a car wash)MY father who is 84 had trouble before and got a lawyer and paid 15 grand .The man started paying again for 1 year then stopped.MY Dad does not want to use another lawyer.How can we help him get what he is owed?

Of course, try to negotiate with the debtor.
Is there collateral to secure the debt??
Your dad can sue; there are self help sites on the web.
Keep in mind that a non-lawyer in court is fair game for the opposition and you might lose the whole ball game.
