Re: Business partnership

Before you become a part owner in a business you will want to do your homework. You should make sure there is nothing wrong with the business if it has been running before you came in to it. There are a number of steps you should take when entering into a business with other people. I highly recommend consulting with an attorney and having a buy/sell agreement with the other owners in the corporation. An improperly run corporation could subject you to personal liability. Please feel free to contact my office if we can be of assistance in this matter.
