Re: Contracted without awareness or signature

Usually alleged contracts for goods or services for more than a year are required to be in writing and signed. I suggest you write a letter, certified mail, return receipt requested (to verify its receipt), as well as calling and cancelling. If you also have a local or county (state if there are no locals) Consumer Affairs office, contact them and submit a complaint. You can also contact, on line, your local, county or state Better Business Bureau and file a complaint on line. Finally, I suggest you also contact the Attorney General's office to file a complaint and notify your credit card issuer that the charges are being contested. This should stop the charges while the matter is being resolved.
