Legal Question in Business Law in New York
self employed or full time employee
I have been employed full time 15 years for a company and 3 years ago I started a self employed (supplement income)business. Can they legally sub-contract or outsource work to my home business while I am still a full time employee with them. Please advise me on the law. Thank You
