Legal Question in Business Law in New York
Financial responsiblity
As an employee I was asked to rent a storage unit to house our Public company records. The company has discontinued paying the monthly fee and abandoned the files stored. Am I personally liable for the fee to clean out the unit and any unpaid rent??? I opened the unit under the company name, but with my credit info..

Based on the information you furnished, your employer is ultimately responsible for costs.
