Legal Question in Business Law in New York

Flier Liability

Hi. I'm not sure if this is a Business, Consumer of Personal Injury/Tort question, but basically, my telephone number was improperly published on a flier generated for a Customer Appreciation dinner to be held by a local used car dealer. Our actual phone numbers differ by only a single digit. Is there any redress available for having complete strangers telephone my (otherwise) private residence all day and night for two weeks because of this mis-publication??

Thank you!

Re: Flier Liability

What actual harm was done? By "actual harm" I mean provable bodily injury, provable damage to property, or provable out-of-pocket expenditures you incurred that resulted DIRECTLY from the phone calls. Annoyance, however justified, is not "actual harm."

You need to forgive human error and forget it. Move on.
