Legal Question in Business Law in New York
Invoice Payments
A written contract was entered into for the delivery of consulting services. During negotiations, the section governing payment terms was altered. The client insists that they did not agree to net 30 day payment terms. The original draft did state pyament was due net 30 days from date of receipt. What would the law be if there was no contract?

Re: Invoice Payments
