If a Lesee, assigns his lease rights to a 3rd party without the lessors authorization, and the Lessor does not challenge it. Is it now an implied lease with the 3rd party and lessor, disolving the original lease agreement?

No, the lessee and the assignee are both obligated to the lessor.
