non payment for repairs
i diagnosed repairs needed on a computer,client did not want repairs done.i spent 4 hrs.of diagnosing time.my fee is $150.client will not pay and has not picked up property in 3 mo. can i sell computer to recou loss?

You would probably need to have language in your work contract to be able to sell the computer, but this could be researched to be sure and to improve your contract for the next time.
