Non-payment of wages

My employer has not been paying wages that are owed to his employees. He withholds paychecks until he has money in his account, sometimes for weeks. What can I do about it?

You can report this to the local Wage and Hour Bureau, if there is one, or to the ATtorney General. Wages must be paid on a regular basis, whether it be wewkly, semi-monthly, bi-weekly or monthly. Of course, although you may not want to do this, you could quit and sue for the unpaid wages. I suggest acting fast, as it sounds like you could lose some wages if the business went under.
