Office Related Business Expenses
Hi,
I was hoping you could tell me if a company has a right to limit the time to file an expense report from the date the expense was incurred?

Re: Office Related Business Expenses
I assume that your question refers to an employee request for reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses. If so, the employer has the right to specify both conditions of employment and conditions of reimbursement.
In specific response to your question, the answer is yes, the employer can specify a time frame during which a reimbursement request must be submitted.
