Legal Question in Business Law in New York
Im owed a refund from a popular cell- phone company, though the amount is small the distress and agony along with retrieving it has caused great discomfort to me....I have tried in several attempts to contact the company, spoken to numerous representatives and supervisors and to date since december 2010 havent gotten any results. Is there any law or legal actions that can be taken against this company or any other way around this situations?
